The Postal Mail was established to bring much-needed services to our community. We wanted somewhere where schools, businesses, entrepreneurs, and individuals located in Lutz and around Tampa Bay could securely collect their mail, conveniently pack and ship packages, perform office tasks, enjoy a convenient location for passport photos and notarizations, and receive quality printed marketing materials.

The Postal Mail goes beyond packing and shipping. Our team is dedicated to supporting the needs of the residents, schools, and businesses within our community, including taking part in charity fundraisers and events—from raising funds, sponsoring events, and making financial contributions to participating in 5ks and awareness walks, and promoting charities and their events.
Join us in improving our community by making a donation.
Each month we will sponsor a specific charity or fundraiser and collect donations online and in-store. We match every donation made and 100% of all contributions made throughout the month will be donated to the Charity Of The Month.

The Postal Mail offers various mailbox sizes. Contact us to see which size would suit your needs and which of our mailbox sizes are available to meet those needs.
P.O. Boxes can fulfill the needs of many postal customers; however, a P.O. Box is also limited by the carrier type for receiving deliveries. The Postal Mail can accept mail and packages sent from any carrier.
Your new mailing address will be the street address of The Postal Mail location with a pound symbol (#) representing your designated mailbox number. Mail will be addressed to your name, not The Postal Mail. It will look something like this:

Log in to your virtual mailbox. There is an option to mark pieces of mail for mail forwarding and we will ship your physical mail to you.
As for packages, they will continue to deliver to your home or business address.
If you need somewhere to securely hold your packages, enroll in a personal or business mailbox in conjunction with your virtual mailbox, so all your mail is routed to The Postal Mail. Paper mail is scanned and recorded in your virtual mailbox while packages are held in your physical mailbox. Any paper mail you wish to have the original copy of can be placed in your physical mailbox with The Postal Mail, scheduled for curbside pick-up, or forwarded to another address of your choosing.

If we are only taking your photo, we only need you! Please review passport photo regulations prior to your appointment. We can also provide notary services and shipping of your application as well.
Yes. Passport photos meet the requirements for other ID applications aside from U.S. passports.
