Job Description

Objectives of this role
Maintain constant communication with managers, staff, and vendors to ensure proper operations of the company
Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance protocols

Objectives of this role
Work on a wide range of projects and media, using various software programs to visualize and develop innovative graphic designs

Work independently as well as cooperatively with marketing team to meet deadlines, schedule project implementation based on workload, which may include five or more simultaneous projects

In this role, the retail associate will guide customers through a process, from initial greeting to final service. Providing insights and support, the retail associate will help strengthen our customer relationships and convert new patrons into repeat customers. The ideal candidate for this role will have a knack for engaging customers and resolving their concerns. The retail sales associate should be passionate about people and eager to develop new customer-service skills.
